Rezumat

Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) from the begining until now, in the classic democratic spirit that characterizes the entire European building, addressed all categories of farms,  regardless of size (small, medium or large) practiced agricultural system (extensive, intensive or mixed), or adopted production structure. However, it was acknowledged and it is still recognized, that the “family farm” needs to remain the foundation of the European agriculture.  If in the future, The Common Agricultural Policy will concentrate on the family farms, logically, we can conclude that we are witnessing the dilution of the industrial model from agriculture, model that led the European agriculture to obtaining never seen results in the history of this continent. For Romania, implementing this model generates, or should generate, in the scientific field, but also a in what agriculture policy decedents are concerned, a series of unknown elements, that we will try to decode in the fallowing paper.
