For the last 30 years the hypothesis of N.A. Bernstein about "repetition without repetition" in biomechanics has been developed. Now, within the framework of the new theory of chaos-self-organization (TCS), statistical instability in a row of obtained samples of parameters xi of any kinds of motion is proved, which is called the Eskov- Zinchenko effect. At present, the effect of Eskov-Zinchenko from biomechanics extends to regulation systems of various other functional systems of the human body. In this connection, the problems of modeling the systems of regulation of the neuromuscular system and the role of consciousness arise, the central nervous system in the organization of any muscle contractions. Multiple repetitions of registration of muscle electromyograms were made and data were processed using various stochastic methods that showed the absence of statistical stability of electromyograms (EMG). The test was conducted on 14 volunteers (boys, average age 26) who were asked to hold the dynamometer initially with a force of 100N=F1, and then with F2= 200N. Cumulative bipolar silver electrodes (wetted with 0.9H NaCl solution), 0.5 cm in diameter, were used to remove biopotentials of the musculus abductor digiti minimi using an electromyograph. This experiment was repeated 15 times for each subject (for F1 and F2), and the recorded EMG (for 5 seconds) were recorded after quantization (the quantization period T = 0.25 ms) as files in the computer. Thus, in each sample at Δt =1 sec, we obtained N = 4000 points, which characterized the state of homeostasis of NMS initially at F1=100N and then at F2 = 200N. Samples from N = 15 repetitions of the EMG registration were processed in the form of matrices of paired EMG comparisons. At that, out of 225 pairs of sample comparisons, the number of independent pairs was 105 and from them the pairs that could be attributed to one general population by the Wilcoxon test were determined, with p≥0,05. The low efficiency of stochastic approach in describing the muscle biopotentials required the application of a new approach. Within the compartment-cluster approach, models of chaotic dynamics of the behavior of electromyogram samples with stochastic instability in humans in unchanged homeostasis are proposed. The special chaos of biopotentials can be described by chaotic changes in the parameters of such cluster models.
