The process of decision making involves various methods of analysis which have in view the complexity of problems to be solved and the decision maker’ s training degree. Therefore, it is necessary for some modern methods to be used in decision-making process which allow the transforming of some euro-regions in areas of attraction by means of economic, social and cultural development in a continuous way. An efficient decision-making system may contribute to lasting economic growth and improvement of population’s life standard in the context of world challenges determined by the globalization of economy, fast technological changes, opening of international markets. Unequal development of world economy and differences in the economic growth registered at world level are consequences of economic and historical conditions which influence the evolution of different regions of the globe.
