Rezumat

Industria fructelor şi legumelor are un rol important în aprovizionarea populaţiei cu alimente, având o valoare biologică ridicată. În industria de conserve urmăreşte în mod constant o politică de substituire a importului prin creşterea producţiei şi organizarea de noi de producţie, cererea de pe piaţă. Acest articol oferă o descriere comparativă a ratei de producţia de conserve în 2009 şi 2010, care reflectă dinamica de creştere a produselor agro-procesare.

Fruit and vegetable industry has an important role in supplying the population with food, having a high biological value. In the canning industry consistently pursues a policy of import substitution by increasing the production and organization of new production, demand in the market. This article provides a comparative description of the rate of production of canned food in 2009 and 2010, which reflects the dynamics of growth of agro-processing products.
