The way in which key competences are introduced in general education today conditions a distorted perception of teachers about their development in general education and hinders the advancement of their implementation. In the teachers' opinion, the correlation of disciplinary skills with the key skills in the school curriculum, the design of didactic strategies in a transversal key, would support the formation of key skills in general education students. Social affective, cognitive and metacognitive didactic strategies offer a broad perspective for reviewing current specific teaching strategies from an inter- and transdisciplinary perspective of subjects in the Language and Communication curriculum area. The basic conditions that should be met are aimed at aligning the approach to key skills and their development in a unitary perspective within the National Curriculum at the level of all study subjects. |
