The present paper addresses one of the most sensitive and diverse issues of contemporary management: the use of modern managerial tools in the process of streamlining the work of organizations in the conditions of globalization and in the context of the knowledge-based society. Such a managerial tool is the transversal management that also involves a decentralized and accountable management, but also a common strategy. |
