In the present article the author considers a political and social phenomenon consisting
of several factors important for the reality and current changes in the society in the Republic of
Moldova – the internal policy factors which stimulate the spread of organized crime in Moldova.
Highlighting the importance of this study, the author stresses the fact that the growth
of organized crime is also found in some cases in political life. The economy sufferes more increasingly
from criminal actions. In the article some scientific research is carried out subject
to socio-economic factors, and the growth of organized crime through the banking system. The
author emphasizes these factors, not taking them into account can lead in the end to dangerous
effects, difficult social life, and citizen’s confidence in the fundamental institutions of the State.
