<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>In the present article the author considers a political and social phenomenon consisting<br />of several factors important for the reality and current changes in the society in the Republic of<br />Moldova &ndash; the internal policy factors which stimulate the spread of organized crime in Moldova.<br />Highlighting the importance of this study, the author stresses the fact that the growth<br />of organized crime is also found in some cases in political life. The economy sufferes more increasingly<br />from criminal actions. In the article some scientific research is carried out subject<br />to socio-economic factors, and the growth of organized crime through the banking system. The<br />author emphasizes these factors, not taking them into account can lead in the end to dangerous<br />effects, difficult social life, and citizen&rsquo;s confidence in the fundamental institutions of the State.</p></description>
