The labor market and production patterns are constantly changing. Achieving a competitive labor market requires ambitious reforms that increase inclusion, flexibility, innovation, mobility and contribute to the development of human capital. The competitiveness of human capital is directly related to a person's potential to succeed in competition with others. In order for it to compete in the labor market, a number of conditions must be met, the first of which is to have a higher quality and therefore more competitive human capital. |
