Within the „Water Connects” project we chose to study the lower plain of the lower part of the Prut River because it is a protected area having a natural reservation status. In order to accomplish this project – The Treasure from the Live Laboratory – I have used a method based on noticing, investigating, experimenting and drawing conclusions which contributes to the increasing of pupils’ intellectual potential by means of personal engaging in the learning act. Thus, teaching pupils by means of this technique allowed for linking the performance standards (objectives/ specific competences) to the cognitive capacities of the pupils and real life situations. „The Treasure from the Live Laboratory” project aims at making an information campaign so as to let the inhabitants of Galati know the importance of an adequate education in as far as the biodiversity of the National Park of the Lower Plain of the Lower Prut River is concerned. |
