The Congress of Vienna has contributed to the establishment of a new international relations system, developed in order to ensure peace during a certain time framework. European powers - Austria, Britain, Prussia and Russia, despite their own national differences, had tried to work together on behalf of establishing
peace. It was in this period that the foundations of modern diplomacy had been set, and a new model of international relations had been established - a model which has been preserved until now. According to most experts, the last stage of evolution of European diplomacy, characterized by a variety of congresses and conferences, has been the benchmark for the establishment of the early modern
diplomacy. |
