The article highlights the recent trends of reconsideration and acknowledgment of action pedagogical research in pedagogical higher education, which serves as a stimulant for the advancement of pedagogical science and optimization of educational activities, guarantees the innovation of pedagogical practice, and acts as a catalyst for the creation of effective professional training strategies. In light of these considerations, the emphasis is on enhancing the teacher training system in accordance with recently established socio-professional standards. The goal is to promote research and revolutionize the current education paradigm through the innovative dissemination of research findings (original scientific products) within the sphere of educational sciences. The arguments highlighted raise concerns about the implementation of action research, the organization of scientific events and the implementation of specific actions for continuous professional development of teachers. These efforts are imperative for the reformation of modern education, as they align with the stipulations outlined in the educational and research policy documents. |
