In phenophase shoots and subsequent slowdown fruit bud formation and differentiation, foliar treatment swith Melongozida preparation of plant origin mixed withtrace Zn and B, have influenced the photosynthetic apparatus activity. The activity of chlorophyll index in leaves located at the base of the shoots is higher. Carbohydrate content is higher in the leaves of fruit formations without fruit (shall be deemed to form fruit buds). Carbohydrate content in the fruit, their stalk and fruit buds predominate in comparison with leaves, fruit and stems formations, and it shows that the flow of metabolic substances is more intense in the basepetal part of shoots. Relations between the donor and acceptor are changing in depending of phonological phases and biological peculiarities of varieties. During entry fruit ripening, maturation and fruit bud formation it were found that in the leaves spurs without fruit foliar treatments with Melongozida preparation mixed with micronutrients Zn and B have contributed to increase activity of PO enzyme. |
