The right to defence is a fundamental citizen right because, although it is closely related in particular to the individual freedom and security of the person, it's an equal interest for the entire activity, for both judicial criminal trials and civil, commercial or administrativeones. Captures the contents of Constitution right to defence under the two senses of its. The right defense, take in a wider, including all rights and procedural rules which gives the person the opportunity to defend themselves against accusations that they bring, to contest the charges, to reveal his innocence.
