Rezumat | ||||||
This article is dedicated to the ideas of Constantin Stere about constitution and constitutionalism and some recent constitutional problems. The author cites Constantin Stere’s definitions in regard to constitution, constitutional law and the science of constitutional law. The author brings to the attention of the reader the opinion of the scholar in regard to the evolution of the phenomenon of constitution in Europe. In this article the author proposes to organize a referendum in Republic of Moldova for the citiyens to obtain the right to adress the constitutional court in cases of breach of their fundamental rights. This suggestion is based on Constantin Stere’s in regard to the importance of referundums. |
