The radical changes in socio-political and economic system that took place with the declaration of independence of the Republic of Moldova, the hope to establish the rule of law, have developed some new requirements for those practicing in the field of law. Because of this, we consider important to talk about the learning process from an interdisciplinary perspective, that comprise the convergent approach to legal communication from the perspective of different areas, such as our ways to solve the problems we have. In this context, an area that has been given less importance it is analysed, considering that it may be important to lawyers, not only the acquisition of knowledge from every branch of the law but also the study of the legal communication. Thus, the present article highlights the most important aspects of legal communication that reflect the possibility of leading the process of teaching/ learning to the acquisition of the necessary practical skills and useful in training.
