Associative or regional diplomacy is a quiet new phenomenon in the international relations theory. The author analyses the case of GUAM organization like an associative diplomacy, pointing out the role and place of the state-members of this regional organization. A special attention is paid to two issues – 1) to the institutional aspects of the GUAM organization development, 2) to the role and place of the Republic of Moldova in the GUAM cooperation process. |
