One of the priority directions of activity of a competent and competitive educational institutions that operate in a competitive system of educational services is quality management. Quality management in human resources is an integral part of quality management level and educational institution, ie, a subsystem of the overall level of quality management education institution. In this regard, it is necessary to redefine and rethink the HR issues, employee, personality. Focussing attention in its entirety as a unit of bio-psycho-socio-cultural. Require a postmodernist understanding HRM in strategy focused on values, a task not to use more and better man, but, first, to highlight the human value, to see what can and should be done for the institution to its self-realization, professional accomplishment. |
