Depending of degree clinical and X-ray alterations, age child, methodology of the treatment is changed: medical gymnastics, differentiation massage, position abduction, Pawlik’s stirrups, splint of Vilensky, gypsum devices or their combinations.</description>
<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>Консервативное лечение врождённого вывиха бедра и дисплазии тазобедренного сустава при раннем выявлении и рано начатом лечении приводит к полному излечению в 99% случаев. Степень патологических клинических и рентгенологических изменений в суставе, возраст ребёнка определяют выбор методов лечения:
лечебная гимнастика, массаж, положения отведения в тазобедренных суставов, стремена Павлика, шина Виленского, гипсовый аппарат по Ланге или их сочетание на разных этапах лечения.</description>
