The interaction‘ s specificity of the law and the morality in the sphere of the people‘ s rights are connected with the object of the interaction. These are the basic foundations of the public life, that have a special significance. The problem consists in the examination of the question of the moral and legal fundamentals, in the mechanism of the mutual influence of the law and morality, in a question of the consolidation of moral values with the legal language in the juridical documents.
