The right to a fair trial has the following content: free access to justice; examination of the case fairly, publicly and within a reasonable time; examination of the case by an independent, impartial tribunal established by law; publicity of the process and the pronouncement of the decision. These, taken in their accumulation, charac-terize the fair process, in which the procedural rules lead to a fair outcome, consisting in the confirmation and legal strengthening of the violated right. |
