Rezumat

The cultural heritage of the traditional Carpathian pastoral profession has a long tradition. It is believed that its nomadic nature allowed the profession to expand from Wallachia, Moldavia and Transylvania to other regions of the Carpathians. In this way, a pastoral culture was created, which is still based on specific secular and sacred architectural structures, the division of time and the valuation of space, lifestyle, the ability to make similar food products, clothes, as well as beliefs, customs and rituals. In this paper, I will present the most important museums and local collections presenting the cultural heritage of Carpathian pastoralism. He will indicate the basic narratives, trends, but also problems of pastoral queues.
