Higher education should play a privileged role in the social system, aimed at training specialists that will prove great performance in allare as of economic, social and cultural. For many young people from Moldova, the university is a phase of transition from adolescenceto adult stage. Adapting to academia is a complex process designed and conducted by academics in order to achieve optimal cooperation bet ween student and teacher. One of the premises to prevent and eliminate the difficulties of adaptation is to know their causes. Responsibility of academics to students is to develop effective strategies and performance development, adaptation to academic and academic satisfaction. |
