In this articles demonstrated the frequency of Helicobacter pylori in the different diseases of gastrointestinal tract and method of its determination. The present work is a scientific-practical research of the development and improvement of the diagnostic preparations and methods, based on new technological procedures and principles for iseases. These results proved the significant advantage of the elaborated approach and test-systems, characterized by quickness, economy, specificity and sensitivity, as well as simplicity of applying in microbiological laboratories of all the groups of the curative-preventive health care network.
