the dynamics by which the legislature has intervened recently in the amendments to the criminal procedure that govern evidence, apart from the fact that the change is essentially the algorithm of this work, the requests including an analysis of the impact of these changes. However, beyond the inclusion in the criminal trial of some of the new evidence, the legislature has broadened the circle of subjects entitled to discovery. This aspect will be considered in turn, to highlight the opportunities, but also the possible legislative inconvenience with the proposal of remedial solutions. |
