The general managerial goals at school system and unit level correlate with the new orientations and realities, these target the value system and express the direction of the development of education in general and of the personality evolution, in particular, values that ensure the socio-human progress. The managerial objectives aim to change paradigms and attitudes, managerial professional training and the implementation of new management technologies, motivational modalities, involvement / participation, ensuring equity and quality in education. The management process has, besides the scientific and technical characteristics, a great psycho-socio-human load that propagates decisively in the performances of the activity. The manager must become a personality capable of understanding before being understood, to act proactively, with a view to the end of the activity to be carried out, to set priorities and adequately motivate his / her staff / faculty. |
