In the field of education, is required of competent teachers with a high quality education that demands efficiency, responsibility, multidisciplinarity, respects for the rights of the children. The education of children with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) requires rigorous psycho training, on the basis of which teachers should be able to know and apply the philosophy of education and professional ethics. Nowadays, it is necessary not only to be a good specialist, but it requires an appropriate ethical behavior. |
