Rezumat | ||||||
Accidents don’t happen by themselves, they are caused accidentally, but being related to deliberate events. In most organizations in the world the most valuable asset is the human resource. The human workers are in charge of the planning, manufacturing, building, packing, shipping and selling of any kind of product. Workers who are injured affectively hinder the organizations goals. The immediate consequences are losses, immediate and long termed; therefore any injured worker affects the organizations resistance. Managers should investigate the causes of these accidents and thereby prevent future accidents and achieving goals they set for themselves regarding safety. Managers at all levels should pin-point the hazards and investigate the factors which could lead to accidents. |
