Rezumat

This work is devoted to the synthesis of photosensitive materials from styrene copolymers with methacrylates, grafted by AZO dye Disperse Orange 3 for holographic recording. Obtained recording thin films have practical interest in diffraction optics elements production due to the direct formation of the relief under the influence of polarized laser radiation.   Azopolymers synthesis was produced using a ternary copolymers of styrene, alkyl (butyl-octyl) methacrylate and acryloyl chloride, where acryloyl chloride at a concentration of 10 to 20 mol%.   Graft copolymers AZO dye Disperse Orange 3 was carried out according to known methods using triethylamine as an organic base and as catalyst at room temperature as described in the book [1]. General styrene (1), alkyl methacrylate (2) and phenyl-azo-4 -aminofenilmetapriloil (3) azopolymers structural formula, where R – butyl or octyl.   All received azopolymers were purified by reprecipitation in methanol. Azopolymers dried at T = 50 °C until constant weight. The obtained azopolymers have the intrinsic viscosity in the range of 0,16 - 0,18 dl /g. The toluene solutions of azopolymers for the manufacture of thin films were prepared with mass concentration in the range of 5-10 wt%. The prepared solutions were deposited on a glass substrate and centrifuged by programmable spin-coater "SGS Spincoat G3P-8" for manufactured polymeric layers 1-3 microns thick. Two compositions of azopolymers were prepared with R1 – butyl and R2 – octyl. Optical transmission of films has been measure by spectrophotometer СФ-18 has minimal value at 470nm and rises at 520nm.   Surface relief sinusoidal holographic gratings with a period of 1000 pl/mm were recorded in  azopolymers by the holographic method described in [2], on a set-up  using the DPSS laser (wavelength - 532 nm, output - 100 mW) at room temperature.
