Rezumat | ||||||
Justice has a special place in asserting the rule of law, and the conduct, morality and culture of the judge are of major importance in the process of its realization. For this reason, the rule of law itself became unthinkable without justice, lack of justice meant illegality and injustice. The notion of justice also embraces the term judge. The judge is the only bearer of the power to carry out justice in the name of the law. Once judges are appointed to their position, they must obey the legal provisions and be guided by the legislation in force. |
