In that article makes an analysis of the forms and methods of state administration of land relations, the legal framework for land protection work, organization and keeping these lands by use categories of land which is the subject land administration. Proper management of land involves the imminent establishment of an appropriate institutional framework, creating a functional system of public administration at central and local level, normative regulation by law and other regulations, tasks, functions, rights and their obligations, strict delimitation of competences in order to exclude duplication and competition jurisdiction and functions that these public authorities are to perform.
