Rezumat

nvestigated amino acid composition of chest muscles and pelvic limbs muscles of the ducklings depending on the levels of methionine and sulfur in compound feeds. Established that the use in meat ducklings nutrition the compound feeds with different levels of methionine and sulfur have influence on the quantity of cystine, methionine, leucine and phenylalanine in the chest muscles and pelvic limbs muscles, whereas in the liver of significant differences in the quantity of amino acids is not established.
