As a part of the emigrated population, who maintain (for the most part) the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova and form communities abroad, the presence of the second generation of Moldovan citizens cannot be neglected by the Chisinau political authorities. Until the present, the exclusive attention of the political authorities, but also of the parties (as political institutions) is oriented (as a target audience) towards Moldovan citizens from the first generation of immigrants, who are considered more active in electoral processes. We analyzed the current situation, the theoretical framework of social-political dialogue between the country of origin, host country and emigrants, with the emphasis on the premise of creating an efficient mechanism for collaboration with Moldovan migrants and their children. |
