Motivation and satisfaction are an important factor on the workplace. If someone is motivated enough and his satisfaction will be greater. To motivate the staff is necessary to have an innate leadership and also a lot of qualities such as: intelligence, perseverance, a lot of creativity. Through this research the authors have proposed to present a number of definition of motivation and satisfaction, the main motivation methods and finally the most important theories of motivation which the companies by all the world apply them. |
