It is known that victimology today - is a comprehensive study of people who are in a state of crisis (victims of crime, natural disasters, catastrophes, economic and political exclusion, refugees, social organizations and the like), and activities by such persons.
Such an understanding of the subject and understanding of victimology is a new relationship and the dynamic relationships between the victims and the social dangers of the environment, integrating together the best achievements of the traditional, well-established doctrines
