Rezumat

To guarantee the peace and international security, the peacekeeping operations are being conducted under the jurisdiction of international organizations, that are reliable mechanisms directed at strengthening the peace and elimination of the negative factors. Thus, the specific tools transposed into the conflict practice among the different ethnic groups during the peacekeeping operations, directly lead to the enforcement of the international law rules, conditioning the positive reordering of relations within the conflict area, along with the peace building and regional security. The peace building operations represent an important factor in regulation of the international conflicts, the proof being the over 6-decades experience of the United Nations and international regional organizations, that have established a wide range of levers required to resolve the conflict and define the mechanisms of clear and real reduction of tensions in the affected area
