Rezumat

Taking into account integration of Ukraine into the economic system of the European Union, implementation of benchmarking is an important component of effective strategic management in agricultural enterprises. In practice, its implementation is complicated by a number of obstacles, in particular the problem of selecting a partner enterprise. The purpose of the article is to determine the use of innovative technologies in strategic management of agricultural enterprises, e.g. the methods of selecting partners for the implementation of benchmarking using DEA-analysis in the DIAP computer program. In the process of research the following scientific methods have been used: abstract-logical (formation of findings and proposals based on research results); analysis and synthesis (to identify causal relationships and patterns reflecting the connection between the input and output of DEA-model); comparative analysis (for comparing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises); economic-mathematical modeling (to determine the influence of paticular factors on the efficiency of agricultural enterprises development); Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) (for comparative assessment of agricultural enterprises’ efficiency, for identifying leading enterprises and the degree of backlog of other enterprises) etc.
