Rezumat

The evolution of regional policy concepts in the EU is studied by examining the conditions and circumstances that led to changes in the priorities of regional policy in compliance with the requirements of the time and the evolution of the main instruments for its implementation, represented EU by structural funds.

В статье рассматривается эволюция концепций региональной политики в странах ЕС путем изучения условий и обстоятельств, повлекших изменение приоритетов региональной политики в соответствии с требованиями времени, а также эволюция основных инструментов ее реализации, в качестве которых выступают структурные фонды ЕС.
