Tuberculosis is a multifactorial disease, with the evolution and response to treatment being determined by the interaction between the genotype of M. tuberculosis and the human genotype. Immunological treatment is an important pathogenetical treatment of tuberculosis. BioR medicine obtained from the biomass of Spirulina platensis exhibits an antioxidant activity, and immunomodulator activity. The aim of the research was the comparative analysis of general nonspecifi c adaptation reactions (RANG) and immune reactivity indices in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated with immunomodulator drug BioR. Adaptive reactions and immune reactivity indices were analyzed in a total number of 114 patients hospitalized in clinical subdivisions of IMSP Institute of Pneumophthysiology “Chiril Draganiuc”. Association of the BioR to the standard treatemtn encrease the efficiency of the structure and dynamics of RANG levels. The combination of adaptogenic drug BioR with anti-TB treatment enhances its efficacy, demonstrated by normalizing of the structure of RANG, shows ths adaptogenic activity, immune modulation and desintoxication activity. BioR can be recommended for inclusion as imuune modulator in the anti-TB treatment with the aim to ensure an optimum effectiveness |
