У наш час актуальним є розвиток техніки систематизації законодавства. Водночас варто брати до уваги таке: а) доробки вчених, які досліджують питання систематизації законодавства загалом з погляду теорії права і держави (доведено, що можуть використовуватися виокремлені ознаки систематизації, її форми, принципи тощо); б) праці вчених, які вивчають питання конституційного права, у частині конституціоналізації системи національного законодавства, а також його узгодження з міжнародними стандартами. Рекомендовано розробляти проблематику техніки систематизації законодавства в контексті як застосування правил і принципів юридичної техніки до обліку, інкорпорації, консолідації та кодифікації, так і в контексті узагальнення наведених в юридичній літературі пропозицій щодо використання інновациійних підходів до здійснення систематизації законодавства (наприклад, проведення неофіційної інкорпорації із застосуванням «кодексу зебри»).  

Nowadays the development of the technology of legislation’s systematization is evident. It is advisable to take into the account: a) the achievements of scientists who study the issues of systematization of legislation in general from the point of view of the theory of law and state (in particular, the author argues that it may be useful to distinguish the characteristics of systematization, its forms, the principles of systematization, etc.); b) the work of scientists who study the issues of constitutional law, in terms of the constitutionalization of the system of national legislation, as well as its harmonization with international standards. It is recommended to develop the problems of the technology of legislation’s systematization in the context of both the application of the rules and principles of legal technology to the accounting, incorporation, consolidation and codification, and in the context of the generalization of the proposals set out in the legal literature on innovative approaches to systematization of legislation (for example, the unofficial incorporation with the use of “Zebra Code”).
