This scientific endeavor talks about the development of the higher education institution's image by enhancing graduates' insertion in the labor market. It is demonstrated the importance and the role of universities in the labor market insertion of graduates. In this context, are highlighted the players - university, employers, teaching staff and students - with direct implications for increasing the employability of university graduates. Also there are presented the results of a sociological study conducted among 30 employers in Moldova, in order to see their assessment of the level of training of students from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. Similarly, are shown AESM's efforts regarding modeling study programs with the aim of increasing the employability of their graduates on the labor market. |
