NEW APPROACH IN EVALUATION OF DEFICIENT GENOTYPES GSTM1 AND GSTT1 AND THEIR SUSCEPTIBILITY FOR DEVELOPING LUNG CANCER: THE POSSIBILITY TO USE HEALTHIMMUNE OLD DONORS AS CONTROL GROUP IN ONCOPATHOLOGY Summary: Study of the role of normal variations of the genome in the formation of cancer predisposition compounded by the relative weakness of the identified effects. To increase the cancer risk factors of the lung (LC) demonstrativeness analysis, we have attracted an additional oncological tolerant group of older donors (TD) , including both smokers and nonsmokers. In this study we tried to use the TD to reassess the most controversial section of the molecular epidemiology of lung cancer, namely the role of the of deficiency glutationtransferases GSTM1 and GSTT1 in the formation of individual susceptibility to the disease. |
