In lucrare a fost investigată evoluţia şi interpretarea istoriografică a procesului de migraţie a coloniștilor bulgari pe teritoriul Principatelor Romane. Au fost analizate şi studiate lucrări istoriografice referitoare la migraţia refugiaţilor bulgari pe teritoriul Ţărilor Romane, in speţă – inceputul sec. al XIX-lea. A fost elucidată problema implicării autorităţilor privind iniţierea cercetării unor grupuri etnice din domeniul etnografiei. Cu toate acestea, nu au fost ignorate nici punctele de vedere ale diverşilor cercetători privind studierea şi descrierea penetrării valului de colonişti in regiunea de nord a Dunări. In baza analizelor istoriografice au fost realizate următoarele concluzii: in istoriografia romană au fost delimitate etapele şi particularităţile cercetării ştiinţifice ale temei date. Analiza surselor acelei perioade şi a altor – mai recente – ne-a permis să formulăm unele idei referitoare la diversele şi contradictoriile interpretări ale problemei colonizării de la sfarşitul sec. XVIII – inceputul sec. XX.

The work is devoted to researching the evolution of historiographycal interpretations and estimations of the settlement process from the Romanian principalities by Bulgarians colonists. In our articles were analyzed and over evaluated the late - date historiographycal works and investigations of modern, inter-war, post-war and contemporary periods concerning the topic of the migration of Bulgarian refugees to the territory of Moldova and Wallachia in the beginning of XIXth century. It is carried out many investigations concerning what circumstances implied authorities to tolerate and sometimes to initiate the researches of other ethnic groups in ethnographical domain. However, it does not run out of attention the objective and subjective point of view of researchers that studied the description of the wave of settlers which penetrated into northern region of Danube. On the basis of the historiographycal analysis were done the following conclusions: in Romanian historiography were pointed out clear stages and tendencies in this research theme. Revising the sources from that period and analyzing other sources, give us the possibility to sum up ideas, which emphasize different historiographycal contradictory treatments, that have the place to be at a contemporary stage in problem of the history of the colonization in the beginning of the XVIII-XIXth century.
