В статье представлены краткие сведения об уникальных, мало изученных природных объектах на территории Днестровско-Прутского междуречья – грязевых вулканах. С учетом географии грязевых вулканов Днестровско-Прутского междуречья, структурно-геологических, геоморфологических, гидрогеологических и ряда других природных особенностей их местоположения, сделаны предварительные выводы о их природе, влиянии на ландшафтную структуру и высказаны предположения о их возможной связи с нефтегазоносными областями.

Articolul prezintă un rezumat scurt despre obiectele naturale puţin studiate dintre interfluviul Nistru – Prut – cum sunt vulcanii noroioși. Ţinând cont de geografie vulcanilor noroioși din interfluviul Nistru – Prut, coracterizând condiţile naturale structurale, geologice, geomorfologice, hidrogeologice precum si alte particularităţi naturale de pe teritoriul dat. Sunt efectuate concluzii preventive cu privire la natura lor, asupra influeneti structurii landşaftului, de asemenea sunt expuse ipoteze cu privire la posibila legătură a acestora cu zona de petrol şi gaze.

The article presents a summary of the unique, a little-studied natural objects on the territory of Dniester and Prut interfluve - mud volcanoes. Given the geography of mud volcanoes between the rivers Dniester and Prut, structural-geological, geomorphological, hydrogeological and other natural features of their location, to make preliminary conclusions about their nature, the impact on the landscape structure and assumptions about their possible connection with the oil and gas area.
