<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>Музыка предназначена не только для развлечения и воспитания. Она обладает способностью оказывать заметное воздействие на психоэмоциональное и физическое состояние человека. В статье представлены характеристики звука, как основы музыки; обоснованы ритмические процессы восприятия различных по структуре и характеру музыкальных произведений в соответствие с ритмами мозговых образований человека (биоритмы). При их совпадении человек получает от прослушивания музыки положительные эмоция, вызывающие желание жить, творить, развиваться; и наоборот, негативное воздействие на организм наблюдается при восприятии неритмичных, нестабильно повторяющихся резких звуков, что провоцирует либо агрессию, либо депрессию у слушателей. Особое место занимает музыка в системе образования, где ее физиологические и психологические особенности должны учитываться для организации учебно-педагогического процесса. </description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>Music is intended not only for entertainment and education. It has ability to exert considerable impact on the men's psycho-emotional and physical condition. In this article is presented the characteristics of the sound as the basis of music; are substantiates the rhythmic processes of perception of different structure and nature of musical works in accordance with the rhythms of the human brain formations (biorhythms). When they coincide, a person gets from listening to music positive emotions, causing the desire to live, to create, develop; and conversely, a negative effect on the body is observed in the perception of arrhythmic, not stable repetitive sharp sounds, that provokes or aggression or depression in the audience. Music occupies a special place in the education system, where its physiological and psychological characteristics must be taken into account for the organization of the educational process. </description>
