Rezumat

The major and trace element chemical composition of Neoproterozoic shales from the Kalius Member, Nagoriany Formation has been investigated to determine the source-area rock composition and paleo-weathering conditions during the Late Proterozoic. The different bivariate plots suggest their derivation from predominantly felsic source-area rocks and partially from basic source-area rocks. The paleo-weathering data indicate that during the sedimentation of the Kalius shales the source-area rocks were moderately weathered.

Compoziţia chimică a elementelor majore şi urmă din argilitele neoproterozoice din Membrul de Kalius, Formaţiunea Nagoriansk a fost determinată cu scopul de a obţine informaţii privind compoziţia rocilor din aria sursă a sedimentelor şi condiţiile de alterare subaeriană în timpul Proterozoicului târziu. Diferitele diagrame bivariate indică provenienţa ace stora dintr-o arie sursă predominant felsică şi parţial bazică. Datele privind condiţiile de paleo-eroziune indică faptul că în timpul sedimentării argilitelor de Kalius rocile din aria sursă au fost supuse unor procese moderate de alterare subaeriană.

Содержание главных химических элементов, а также микроэлементов в Калюсских аргиллитах Нагорянской свиты неопротерозоя, было определено с целью получения информации относительно состава горных пород в пределах области осадконакопления и условиях эрозионных процессов, происходящих в позднем протерозое. Различные диаграммы двухкомпонентных величин указывают на происхождение данных пород в области распространения преимущественно кислого и, частично – основного состава. Данные относительно условий палеоэрозии указывают на то, что в процессе формирования калюсских аргиллитов, горные породы из области сноса были уже подвержены частичной эрозии.
