The method of the multivariate analysis based on stratified or step experiment (method of stratification) which is entered for the first time in analyzed sphere of medical researches is applied for an estimation of public health of the population in region. The algorithm of a method which allows to stratify the data on a line of steps, with their subsequent analysis that allows to receive by calculations more full and exact characteristic of the researched phenomenon in public health of region is developed and resulted. Application of a method of stratification at research of dynamics of processes of natural movement of the population has allowed to receive the quantitative and qualitative characteristic of parameters of birth rate, children’s death rate, the common death rate, to reveal anomalies in course of examined processes in aspects of time and territorial space. Development and application of a quantitative method of the analysis have allowed to receive the qualitative characteristic of the considered phenomenon. The submitted method is recommended to be used for the analysis of some actual problems of public health, economy and management in medicine.
