The knowledge of heat and humidification resources is extremely important for applicative decision-making. Optimization of interactions between nature and society supposes a social economic activity argumented from ecological point of view for certain territories. Elaboration of the estimative grading method and Geographical Informational Systems resolves one of the most difficult issues in agroclimatology and namely climate’s pretability degree evaluation for development of certain groups of agricultural plants. We also should mention that, if agroclimatical resources regionalization was executed on the basis of one or three indexes not until recently, in prezent, on the basis of statistico – mathematical methods and using informational systems one can evaluate them on republican as well as on the level of administrative region or commune. Information obtained can be successfully used at request by state organs or private sector.
