This article analyzes the contents and importance of the organization of labor and material support to the effectiveness of the employee. Considered different definitions of scientists’ concepts of “labor organization” and “material support” based on which the author determines their values and content. It is determined the effect of the organization of work and material support to the efficient operation of the employee. It is noted that the effectiveness of employment depends on the organization of the staff, the sociopsychological climate in the collective and system of motivations. It is said that effective employee work depends not only on the high financial reward, but also from the moral position of the collective. |
