Content of the article „Analysis of market development for products and product catering” for reasons that are currently under increasing competitive struggle catering businesses to provide customers competitive products and services, an agrument which requires conducting research to conduct a profitable. Author examined the external environment in which operating catering, reviwed catering services on share ownership in Moldova that split in: market catering companies serving all customer segments and operates under its own profit; market catering companies serving special contingent of consumers (students, workers etc.). |
